Tracy Sinclair is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federations (ICF). Tracy coaches leaders and executives on a 1 on 1 and team level across organizations. Tracy also works with organizations helping them to utilize coaching as a resource to inform culture and develop their people. Tracy also works to develop the capabilities of coaches by training, mentoring and offering coaching supervision.
