The current project aims to create comprehensive, scalable learning materials that enhance coaches capabilities and align them to the updates in the coachee journey and products introduced in 2024, such as the new coaching framework, the Use Case based programs (or ‘Programmatic Approach’), the CoachHub Feedback. The learning material is meant to support CoachHub’s growth by making sure our coaches quality and effectiveness is facilitated, and are part of a more general intent of increasing the sense of belonging to our organization and providing them with an occasion to exchange, learn, and get engaged.
